On Monday, June 1, Alabama Crimson Tide—featuring former Hagerty High School softball standout Ana Roman—were defeated 2-0 by the Texas Tech Lady Raiders during the NCAA Tournament.
The contest was held at Devon Park with a scheduled start time of 9 p.m.
The University of Central Florida rowing team secured back-to-back Big 12 titles and achieved historic national rankings during its successful 2026 season under coach Mara Allen. The Knights also saw individual athletes earn major conference awards and advanced all boats to C Finals at NCAA Championships.
