Cory Mills, U.S. Congressman representing Florida’s 7th district since 2023, recently highlighted his legislative activities and meetings with local officials in a series of social media posts.

On May 20, Mills shared his engagement with local leaders, stating, “Great meetings with mayors from Seminole and Volusia today.”

Two days later, on May 22, he referenced his military background and committee work: “As a U.S. Army combat Veteran, and a member of the House Armed Services Committee, I’m proud to have one of the most pro-Veteran records in Congress and support this bill “ Mills has served as the representative for Florida’s 7th District since succeeding Stephanie Murphy in 2023.

In another post on May 22, Mills emphasized constituent service and fiscal achievements: “Proud to lead the state of Florida in constituent services and money brought back into Florida’s 7th district Actions and not talk!”

Mills was born in Winter Haven, Florida in 1980 and currently resides in New Smyrna Beach. He has been active both as a legislator and community member during his tenure.
