On Thursday, May 15, former Lake Mary Prep High School standout Frankie Delgado’s current collegiate team the Carson-Newman Eagles lost 4-5 against the Belmont Abbey Crusaders in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Abbey Yard at 6:25 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Belmont Abbey Crusaders in the tournament.

The Carson-Newman Eagles’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 3 p.m. at Abbey Yard.
