The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Jean Rochelle Diangelus, Chelle for Congress, refunded $2,200 to Constantion Mendieta on October 27, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Chelle for Congress refunded $2,200 total since May 1.
