Seminole County issued the following announcement on Aug. 19.
Due to the increased COVID-19 testing demand and positivity rate topping 20% since the beginning of July, Seminole County Office of Emergency Management has added an additional COVID-19 test site at the Altamonte Springs Sunrail Station. There is no cost for tests and results are expected within 48 hours. Test sites are staffed from 8:00a.m.-6:00p.m. daily.
Individuals may also find a list of private providers and community health partners offering COVID-19 testing and vaccines at PrepareSeminole.org.
