Daylight Saving Time

22

Seminole County Public Schools recently issued the following announcement.

Daylight saving time begins at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 7, 2021. Get ready to "Fall Back" and set your clocks back one-hour before you go to sleep on Saturday night.

Smoke Alarms

As you change your clocks, it is a good time to check your smoke alarm and change the batteries. Batteries should be replaced in smoke alarms, unless the alarms have sealed, 10-year batteries. If you are in need of a smoke alarm, Seminole County Fire Department's Community Outreach offers a Smoke Alarm Program for Seminole County residents.
