On Dec. 23, Susan Sue and William D. Grafton Sue III purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1770 Pocahontas Path, Maitland from Sarah E. Grafton and Jason Siegel for $400,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,637.58, 1.16% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $350,000 on June 6, 2016.

So far in December 2020, this is the only property that sold in Maitland as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sarah Elisabeth Grafton has been registered to vote since 2004. Jason Siegel has been registered to vote since 2012.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
