The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $8,192.14, 0.87% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $845,000 on April 6, 2007.

So far in December 2020, this is the only property that sold in Maitland as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Richard Michael Lerner has been registered to vote since 1998. Robin S. Lerner has been registered to vote since 2000.
