This home last sold for $215,000 on Feb. 3, 2016.

So far in October 2020, this is the only property that sold in Mt. Dora as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Heather Marie Furse has been registered to vote since 2017. Garrett Michael Lunceford has been registered to vote since 2018.
