The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,594.98, 1.02% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 16, 2004. It last sold for $341,200.

So far in October 2020, five properties sold in Ocoee.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mary Olivial Norris has been registered to vote since 1988. David Kenneth Brown has been registered to vote since 1992.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
