The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $499.03, 0.22% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Pine Hills in September 2020.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Edward A. Kelly has been registered to vote since 1960.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 6612 Arundel Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Edward A. Kelly, 82, and Elizabeth J Kelly, 85.
