On Sept. 22, Diana Cristina Matos Colon and Joshua Carrasquillo purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 10128 Dean Point Place, Union Park from Land Trust Service Corp. and Trust No 10128 Dated May 4 2007 for $170,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,406.26, 1.42% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Union Park so far in September 2020 as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Diana Cristina Matos Colon has been registered to vote since 2004. Joshua Carrasquillo has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 10128 Dean Point Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Diana Cristina Matos Colon, 33, Joshua Carrasquillo, 31, and Luz Estrella Sanchez, 71.
