On Sept. 21, Winfred A. Polk, Jerry Polk Jr. and Caala N Andre purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 2427 Kingsland Ave., Pine Hills from Winifred A. Polk for $23,400.

This property is one of three sales so far in Pine Hills in September 2020.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Winifred A. Polk has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 2427 Kingsland Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jordyn J. Donald, 19, Winifred A. Polk, 72, Myrl Anona Washington, 76, Dana Ranese Washington, 56, and Charles Lathan, 66.
