On Sept. 18, Brooke and Dylan Hooper purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 2431 McIntosh Way, Maitland from Sven and Amy Zimmer for $489,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,631.16, 0.95% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 7, 2012 for $375,000.

So far in September 2020, this is the only property that sold in Maitland as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sven Zimmer has been registered to vote since 2001. Amy Rebecca Zimmer has been registered to vote since 2002.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
