The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 495 Briar Bay Circle, Union Park was sold on Sept. 18 by Samuel Nalliah for $235,000. The buyers were Marfa and Josefina Hicho.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,678.78, 1.14% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was June 11, 2002. It last sold for $115,000.

So far in September 2020, this is the only property that sold in Union Park as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 495 Briar Bay Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Douglas Kenneth Hanson, 30, Alichea Cristena Velazquez, 32, and Cheryl Lynn Wells, 58.
