The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $400.52, 0.22% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Pine Hills in September 2020.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jerry Earl Hoskins (65) has been registered to vote since 1973.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
