This home last sold for $78,000 on Sept. 20, 2013.

So far in September 2020, this is the only property that sold in Union Park as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Herbert Mercado, 75, was the only registered voter residing at 11703 Sawyer St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
