This home last sold on Oct. 13, 2006 for $418,500.

This property is the only sale in Mt. Dora so far in September 2020 as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lydia Esther Gonzalez has been registered to vote since 2014. Edgar Gonzalez has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
