The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,343.35, 1.21% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 9, 2015. It last sold for $471,800.

So far in September 2020, three properties sold in Bithlo.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Reginald J. Smith has been registered to vote since 2011. Letina Catriceia Smith has been registered to vote since 2018. Reginald Jerome Smith has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
