On July 31, Bridget Alretta Bedford purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6511 Ambassador Drive, Pine Hills from C. Holmes and Leatha E. Holmes Walter (revocable living trust) for $170,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $199.36, 0.12% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2020, three properties sold in Pine Hills.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Walter Casey Holmes, 98, was the only registered voter residing at 6511 Ambassador Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
