On July 31, Sadiq Alibhai, Saatt Holdings LLC and Shariff Winter Park Properties LLC purchased a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 172 Scottsdale Square, Unit 172, Winter Park from Stephen R. Toth for $70,000.

This home last sold on June 7, 2005 for $16,000.

So far in July 2020, five properties sold in Winter Park.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Stephen Richard Toth (47) has been registered to vote since 2009.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
