On July 26, Jean R. Paul purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1826 Imperial Palm Drive, Apopka from Anne W. Bower for $360,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,986.07, 0.55% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, nine properties sold in Apopka.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Anne W. Bower has been registered to vote since 1997.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1826 Imperial Palm Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Anne W. Bower, 75, and Katherine Canady Freshley, 29.
