The last time this home sold was April 6, 2006. It last sold for $100,000.

So far in June 2021, seven properties sold in Winter Park.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marcus Xavier Spears (39) has been registered to vote since 2002.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
