On May 28, Marquis Sheribeth and Jay Marquis and Emma Lou Marquis Alan (revocable living trust) sold their three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2250 Thunderbird Trail, Maitland to Allison and Christopher Loft for $420,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,424.47, 0.58% of the sale price of the home.

So far in May 2021, two properties sold in Maitland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Emma L. Marquis (91) has been registered to vote since 1963.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
