On May 26, Alpha Equity LLC purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 5237 Davisson Ave., Fairview Shores from Mary Marcell and Patricia Ann Black, William Eugene Black (living trust) and G. Black Karen (living trust) for $140,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,055.89, 0.75% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Fairview Shores in May 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Thomas F. Daniels, 57, was the only registered voter residing at 5237 Davisson Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
