The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,729.86, 0.96% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 28, 2016. It last sold for $284,000.

So far in April 2021, six properties sold in Ocoee.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eric Robert Welch has been registered to vote since 2016. Whitney Nicole Welch has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
