This home last sold for $25,000 on Jan. 13, 2005.

So far in February 2021, this is the only property that sold in Zellwood as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ross F. Riley has been registered to vote since 1988. Janis Lee Riley has been registered to vote since 2005.
