The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1851 Windsor Drive, Winter Park was sold on Jan. 29 by Mary Joan Polster, Thomas Alton Russell Jr., Ann Elizabeth Waltz, Joseph Patrick Russell, Patricia Madeleine Dame and Susan Eileen Acquaviva for $370,000. The buyer was Infiniti Housing LLC.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,074.83, 1.37% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2021, six properties sold in Winter Park.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Thomas Alton Russell (66) has been registered to vote since 1976.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
