The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 705 Ridgefield Ave., Ocoee was sold on Jan. 28 by Curtis D. Richards for $239,000. The buyers were Richard and Candy Branche.

This home last sold on Sept. 6, 2001 for $97,500.

This property is one of four sales so far in Ocoee in January 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Curtis D. Richards has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 705 Ridgefield Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sarah Elizabeth Freeman, 52, and Curtis D. Richards, 49.
