The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6737 Sawmill Blvd., Ocoee was sold on Dec. 23 by Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB and Cascade Funding Mortgage Trust HB1 for $205,000. The buyer was Aayan Properties LLC.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,939.56, 1.43% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2020, three properties sold in Ocoee.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Richard Thomas Ross, 63, was the only registered voter residing at 6737 Sawmill Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
