The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $8,201.84, 1.26% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $450,000 on Jan. 13, 2010.

This property is one of four sales so far in Winter Park in December 2020.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Carl Eugene Trapani (73) has been registered to vote since 2017.
