The three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 5104 Cortez Drive, Pine Hills was sold on Dec. 17 by Kenneth R. Purdy for $70,000. The buyer was Filf Brothers LLC.

So far in December 2020, two properties sold in Pine Hills.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kenneth Ralph Purdy has been registered to vote since 1984.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 5104 Cortez Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kenneth Ralph Purdy, 66, and Laberto Pureza, 42.
