The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,191.12, 1.99% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $55,000 on Oct. 4, 2002.

This property is one of two sales so far in Zellwood in December 2020.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jonathan Richard Shea, 41, was the only registered voter residing at 3818 Olax Court, Unit 650 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
