On Dec. 14, Carina Calogeria and Jeffrey B. Bliven purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 6203 Beauclair Ave., Mount Dora from Leo A. Coury Jr., Coury Donna Palmacci and Coury (living trust) for $529,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,272, 0.81% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 13, 2003 for $96,900.

So far in December 2020, this is the only property that sold in Mt. Dora as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Leo Anthony Coury has been registered to vote since 2011.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 6203 Beauclair Ave., Mount Dora as of Oct. 10, 2020: Leo Anthony Coury, 66, and Linsey Nicole Palmacci, 41.
