This home last sold on Sept. 3, 2020 for $130,000.

So far in December 2020, this is the only property that sold in Fairview Shores as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Andrew Scott McVay, 56, was the only registered voter residing at 5645 Pinerock Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
