On Nov. 17, Donald G. and Evelyn Joyce Smith and Evelyn Joyce and Joyce N. Graham sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 332 Harris Ave., Winter Park to Keith and Sara Reeves for $395,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,266.16, 0.83% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 19, 2013 for $265,000.

So far in November 2020, five properties sold in Winter Park.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Evelyn Joyce Smith has been registered to vote since 2005. Donald Graham Smith has been registered to vote since 1997.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 332 Harris Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Evelyn Joyce Smith, 79, Mary Meile, 65, and Donald Graham Smith, 88.
