The three bedroom, three bathroom home at 516 Darkwood Ave., Ocoee was sold on Nov. 6 by Joline Rae Krolicki and Krolicki Joline (revocable living trust) for $341,000. The buyers were Matthew W. and Christina M. Fitzpatrick.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,391.26, 0.7% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2020, nine properties sold in Ocoee.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Joline Rae Krolicki (78) has been registered to vote since 1996.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
