On Nov. 4, Neda and David Khosrowzadeh purchased a three bedroom, three bathroom home at 931 Park Ave., Winter Park from Linda M Capehart, Bruce M Wigle III and Shirley Bacon Mountz for $1,300,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,483.26, 0.42% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2020, five properties sold in Winter Park.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Shirley B. Mountz has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 931 Park Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Marsha L. Mountz, 72, and Shirley B. Mountz, 95.
