In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $1,731.03, which is 0.54% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2020, nine properties sold in Ocoee.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lascelles Mundle has been registered to vote since 1992. Lorain Mundle has been registered to vote since 2000.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
