University of Central Florida Athletics issued the following announcement on Nov. 11.
UCF women's soccer head coach Tiffany Roberts Sahaydak has announced the 2021 signing class, adding three Knights on National Signing Day.
"We are thrilled to add three exceptional student-athletes to our team for next season," said Roberts Sahaydak of the newest Knights. "They will fit into our culture seamlessly because they have a high standard to be their best in every aspect of their lives. They're competitors and will strengthen our overall roster. Can't wait for them to join us!"
Audrey Buck
Defense | Melbourne High School | Melbourne Beach High School
Audrey Buck joins the Knights as a defender out of Melbourne, Florida. She has spent time training with Orlando City/Orlando Pride Development Academy, Boca United Development Academy, Weston FC Development Academy, Florida Kraze Krush SC, and Beachside Impact SC. As a Bulldog with Melbourne Beach High School, Audrey helped her team earn a District Championship and advanced to the regional quarter final. She also competed for a season with the tennis and track teams.
Jessica McCullen
Defense | Lyman High School | Longwood, Fla.
Jess joins Orlando's hometown team by way of Lyman High School in Longwood, Fla. The defender was a three-time Team MVP for the Greyhounds, and team captain during her junior and senior seasons. She was also a team captain for her Orlando City ECNL club. Jess' mother, Karen, also played for UCF women's soccer.
Polly Watson
Midfield | Manchester United Women's Academy | Manchester, England
Polly joins the Knights by way of Manchester United Women's Academy, after joining the academy at the age of six. Most recently, Watson has spent time with Manchester United Women's U21 club, making four starts for the Red Devils and netting a goal.
