On Sept. 29, I. Ovalle Melba (revocable living trust) purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 271 Carisbrooke St., Ocoee from Zachary and Laura Jones and Laura Montalvo for $499,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,481.55, 0.7% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $262,500 on Nov. 23, 2016.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Ocoee as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Laura Montalvo Jones has been registered to vote since 2007. Zachary Scott Jones has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
