Home prices decreased in Orlando during November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Orlando fell by $42,000 while total sales decreased by 91.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 18.1% decrease over the $232,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 907 homes sold in Orlando in November 2019.
