Median home prices in Oakland rose to $224,200 in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Oakland rose by $81,100 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,200 - a 56.7% increase over the $143,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Oakland in October 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Oakland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,281, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
