October 2020: Home prices in Mt. Dora fell

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Mt. Dora fell by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,500 - a 0.5% decrease over the $284,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Mt. Dora in October 2019.
