On Oct. 29, Elma B Cruickshank and Cruickshank Family Trust sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 6931 Hennepin Blvd., Pine Hills to Leroy Edno and Gina Faustin for $265,500.

So far in October 2021, 37 properties sold in Pine Hills.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6931 Hennepin Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shane Luis Brooks, 38, and Russell Edward Trigg, 60.
