On Oct. 28, Paul L. Markos sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1389 Sawgrass Court, Winter Park to Eric Benson for $515,000.

This property is one of 32 sales so far in Winter Park in October 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Paul Lewis Markos (75) has been registered to vote since 1990.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
