The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2428 Fourth St., Bithlo was sold on Dec. 28 by Maria Hernandez for $5,000. The buyers were Sherrie Spurlock Murphy and Joshua Aldrich.

This property is one of nine sales so far in Bithlo in December 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mario Vazquez, 59, was the only registered voter residing at 2428 Fourth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
