Orlando median home prices rose by 4.5% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Orlando rose by $13,700 while total sales increased by 3,938.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 848 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,500 - a 4.5 percent increase over the $301,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Orlando in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Orlando for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,073, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for April.
