The Seminole State Raider Softball Team was one victory away from advancing to the national tournament. An upset of the #1 ranked FloridaSouthwestern Bucs highlighted SSC's return to the regional tournament. Coach Courtney Miller will build on that strong finish and use the fall campaign to prepare for another successful spring.
The Raiders will have a nice mix of travel ball teams, FCSAA foes and some NCAA squads for the "non-competitive" season. The highlight of October will be a trip to UCF, or hosting Florida Tech or playing at the storied Patricia Wilson Field in DeLand (Stetson). Miller has put together a solid schedule which will test and show-off her 27th team.
Admission to the fall games is free.
