Mobile Citizen App can be used for Hurricane-Related Requests

The Mobile Citizen app can be a vital tool to help you communicate with the City for non-emergency hurricane-related requests.

If you see a fallen tree blocking a roadway; street flooding; traffic signal outages; damages to power lines, light poles, street signs, etc., be sure to select the “Hurricane/Storm Disaster” service option on the scroll down menu on the app to route your concern properly. You can also report your hurricane/storm related service issues using the City’s website https://www.cwgdn.com/317/Customer-Service under the Customer Service webpage.

Remember, for all emergencies, dial 9-1-1.

As you carefully monitor the track of Hurricane Ian, now is the time to download the free Mobile Citizen app from Apple Store or Google Play to your personal device.

Scan the QR code to download the free Mobile Citizen app from Apple Store or Google Play to your personal device before faced with any hurricanes or storm disasters.
